HOW IT WORKS
ORDER YOUR LABELS
Select the label type you want and start configuring it by choosing the material, dimensions, finishing 'touches' and uploading your artwork.
APPROVE THE SAMPLE
We will review your order and start preparing the sample. We will then send you a picture of the sample for you to confirm. Once you approve the sample we will start the production with our looming or printing labels machines.
BRAND YOUR CLOTHES
Receive your custom labels and start applying them on your clothes! Production takes about 15 working days from the day when the order is received.
Heat Transfer Labels, otherwise known as "tag-less labels", are used when customers want to promote their brand without the bulk of a traditional woven label.
Heat transfer labels are the ideal choice for athletic garments or as t-shirt neck labels. They won't itch against the skin and are easy to apply using a heat press or home iron. Up to 4 print colors available.
HOW TO APPLY HEAT TRANSFER LABELS ?
1) SET UP YOUR IRON OR HEATPRESS PROPERLY
Whether using iron or heatpress the temperature must be set between 150-160ºC (302-320ºF). If the temperature is below that range the label design could not be transfered properly to the garment. In the contrary, if the temperature is above the optimous range, the vellum backing will probably melt.
In the case you be using a common iron, we highgly recommend you to AVOID USIGN STEAM. Additionally, the dial should be pointing between the cotton and wool setting.
2) PLACE THE SHEET THE RIGHT WAY
Contrary to some heat transfer paper commonly used for customized t-shirts, heat transfer labels tags are transparent, so you can see both sides of your design. Therefore, to avoid any mistake, just place the label with the design upwards and with the adhesive backing backwards.
3) HOW LONG SHOULD YOU PRESS?
The right timing!
Heatpress: 8 sec.
Household iron: 8-12 sec (firmly with NO SWEEPING MOTIONS)
4) PEELING OFF AFTER HEATING
Heat transfer labels can be peeled in two way: hot peel and cold peel.
On the one hand, the hot peel ones must be peeled right before pressing with no delay, pulling swiftly from one of the vellum backing corners until it is completely removed.
And on the other hand, the cold peel ones require you to wait until the heat transfer label cools down again. Afterwards you will be able to swiftly remove them, securing the piece of garment down in order to take out the vellum film.
In order to store properly the remaining labels you haven’t used yet, we recommend you to put them all freely into a box at cool temperatures in a dry place
