HD woven labels use a finer thread count for sharper detail — ideal for complex logos and gradients. Taffeta labels are lighter and more cost-effective, best suited for care labels, size tabs and simpler designs.
Yes, we offer woven labels with a heat-seal (iron-on) backing, allowing you to apply them using a household iron or heat press—no sewing required.
Iron-on labels are designed to be long-lasting, but for items that undergo frequent washing or heavy use, we recommend stitching them down for extra durability.
Satin woven labels are made using a satin weave structure, giving them a smooth, soft, and slightly glossy surface—ideal for comfort-focused garments like underwear, babywear, or loungewear.
Satin labels are softer and more flexible, while standard woven labels (like damask or taffeta) are typically more textured and structured. Satin is preferred when comfort against the skin is a priority.
Shuttle loom labels are woven on traditional looms that create a folded selvedge edge — giving a more artisanal, heritage feel. They're slightly thicker and have a premium hand-feel compared to standard woven labels.
Each label type is produced separately, but you can place multiple orders at the same time and we'll combine shipping where possible to save on delivery costs.
