3-Day Inspection Window You have 3 days from the date of delivery to inspect your order and contact us regarding any issue. After this period we are unable to process claims or returns. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt.
When Returns Are Accepted We accept returns and issue full refunds in the following cases:
To be eligible, items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return Contact us at info@labeloom.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the items received. Our team will evaluate your claim and respond within 1 business day. Do not send items back without prior written approval — returns sent without authorisation will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items Because all Labeloom products are custom-manufactured to order, we cannot accept returns for:
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is warranted, we will reproduce the order at no charge once the original items are returned and the defect is confirmed.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
