All products sold on labeloom.com are custom-manufactured to your specifications. By placing an order you confirm that:
- You own or are authorised to reproduce any logos, artwork or designs submitted
- The submitted artwork does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- You accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the design files and specifications provided
Labeloom accepts no liability for orders produced in accordance with artwork or specifications submitted by the customer.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the availability of any product or service at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any price change, modification or discontinuation of our services.
4. Orders and Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
