Custom Patches for Clothing & Streetwear Brands

Embroidered patches are made by stitching coloured threads onto a twill base fabric, building up layers that create the characteristic raised, textured surface. They are the most recognisable patch format — the look associated with varsity jackets, workwear, and streetwear staples. Up to 15 thread colours including metallic gold and silver. Available with merrowed (stitched) borders or laser-cut edges for a cleaner, more contemporary finish. Minimum 100 pieces, sew-on or iron-on backing.

Woven patches are produced on a loom using fine threads — the same process used for woven clothing labels. The result is a flat, smooth surface that can reproduce finer detail than embroidery: small text, thin lines, complex colour gradients, and photographic-style designs that would lose definition in an embroidered format. For streetwear brands where logo precision matters — where the typography needs to be exactly right — woven patches are often the better choice. The flat surface also photographs differently from embroidery, giving a cleaner, more graphic look on product shots.

Genuine leather patches are debossed, embossed, or printed to carry your brand mark. They communicate premium instantly — the material association is immediate. Used on denim, outerwear, bags, and accessories. Available in standard leather colours or dyed to specification. Faux leather patches offer the same visual impact with more colour flexibility and an ethical alternative positioning. Both are available with sew-on backing. For brands where the leather patch is a key brand element — a jeans back patch, a jacket chest patch, a bag logo — the detail and consistency we produce at 100-piece minimums is the same as what luxury manufacturers expect at 50,000 pieces.

Every patch type except leather is available with a heat-activated iron-on backing, applied with a heat press or household iron. For brands producing in-house or in small quantities, iron-on eliminates the need for sewing and dramatically speeds up finishing. For high-wear applications — patches on jeans, bags, or outerwear that will see daily use — we recommend reinforcing with a few stitches around the border regardless of backing type. The iron-on bond is strong, but stitching makes it permanent. All patches are available with sew-on, iron-on, or velcro (hook side) backing. Custom die-cut shapes available via laser cutting — any shape that can be described as a vector file.
