Production

What type of labels do you make?

We manufacture in house woven labels, embroidered patches, care labels, printed labels, and ribbons. Through a network of partners we are also able to produce leather and faux leather patches as well as hangtags of all types.

What is your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround for custom clothing labels is 12 business days from your approval of artwork or your sample. Rush turnaround is also available for select products (or for order above 2,000pcs), to ship within 10 business days from approval. See the turnaround options on each product page for availability.

In the rare case of a delay any rush charge would be refunded in full.

Can I make samples before production?

Yes, we always make a sample that you will need to approve before going into production.

We usually send you a picture of the sample for approval; however we can also send the physical sample to your designed address. Sample development is free but you will have to pay delivery charges to your place.

Do you have MOQ?

MOQ for production is normally 100pcs for most products. Consult individual product pages to find out the exact MOQ.

Will my labels arrive ready to be applied?

Yes! All custom clothing labels arrive finished and ready to be applied to your garments.

What material do you use for your labels?

Our woven labels and patches can be made in damask (50D), satin or taffeta. They are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified up to Product Class I which means they are safe for infants and toddlers up to 3 years of age.

Our printed labels, care labels can be made in 100% Satin, Polyester, Poly blend and cotton.

Will the labels fray or wear out?

No!

All our labels are made of highly resistant threads which are durable, colourfast and experience minimal shrinkage. They are designed to outlast the garment they are attached to!

All our labels are tightly weaved and hot cut to exact dimensions - this technique seals the labels and prevents fraying.

Will my custom clothing labels bleed in the wash?

Woven labels and digital printed labels will never fade or bleed in the wash. These products use premium color-fast threads and the design is embedded into the material itself.

Screen printed labels are also very durable and will last many washes and will not bleed. However, due to the nature of this process and natural inks used the design may begin to show signs of wear after heavy use.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Where do you ship?

We can ship to any country!

When you enter your billing and shipping address our checkout system will automatically determine the shipping rates. We normally only deliver with FedEx/DHL in order to guarantee a timely and speedy delivery. according to the quantity of labels purchased.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are available on the checkout page and are variable depending on the delivery address and order quantity.

Normally express delivery with DHL/FedEx vary between 35USD - for orders below 1,000pcs - to 100+USD - for larger orders.

How do I track my shipment?

After your order is completed and is ready to ship, you will receive a notification email with the courier tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address after I placed my order?

Payments

What type of payments do you accept?

Payment with Credit Card (all cards are accepted) and PayPal is always available regardless of the shipping country. We have also started accepting Bitcoin and Monero from August 2021.

Are payment on your website secure?

Yes! 

Our website is powered by SHOPIFY and all payments are processed by established and trusted payment providers. We do not store any of your credit card data or other sensitive payment information. 

Do you charge sale tax or VAT?

No.

We will not charge any VAT or Sales Tax on our products. It is possible that such taxes, and/ or import duties, may be charged by your local authorities.

Shipments to European Union 

During the checkout process, when you select a shipping address in one of the countries of the European Union, you will have to enter your valid VAT number. The VAT number will also show on the invoice presented to the customs. VAT will be charged by the local authorities at the time of import. You will then be able to reclaim the VAT incurred on the imported goods you own as input tax subject to the normal rules.

Cancellation an charges

Once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled because the production process starts immediately.

Guarantees and Returns

We maintain a money-back policy.

What does this mean? In case the labels you receive do not meet your wishes or expectations, you can return them and we offer a full refund. We do apply certain conditions:

1 - Please report the problem within 7 days after receipt of the label(s).

2 - Return the label(s) to us. The costs for the return shipment are at your expense.

3 - We will arrange for a full refund of the paid amount within 7 days after having received the returned labels.
